Terms & Conditions
These terms explain how booking with Tour De Spice works, what we promise you and what we ask of you in return. They're written in plain English, but they matter, so please read them before you book. By confirming a booking, you agree to these terms and to our Cancellation Policy.

1. Who we are
Tour De Spice is a locally owned tour and transport company based in Falledge, St. George, Grenada. We are licensed by the Grenada Tourism Authority (license GTA/2026/TO/1089) and carry full public liability insurance. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +1 (473) 403-5553 or at info@tourdespice.com.
2. Booking with us
- Your booking is confirmed once we've agreed on your itinerary together and received your payment or deposit. We'll send written confirmation by WhatsApp or email.
- All prices are in US dollars. Prices shown as "from" are the starting rate per person; your final price depends on group size, pickup location and any extras, and is confirmed before you pay.
- Some tours have a minimum number of guests (usually 2; 6 for the party bus). If a shared tour doesn't reach its minimum, we'll offer you another date, a private option or a full refund.
- The person who makes the booking accepts these terms on behalf of everyone in their group.
3. Payment
- We accept credit cards. Once your itinerary is confirmed, we'll send you a secure way to pay online.
- Spicemas bookings and packages need a 50% deposit to secure your date. Some large group and VIP bookings may also need a deposit; we'll tell you before you confirm.
- Our prices can change, but once your booking is confirmed and paid, your price is locked in.
4. Cancellations and changes
Our Cancellation Policy explains refunds, date changes and what happens if weather or your cruise ship changes the plan. It forms part of these terms.
5. Pickup and timing
- Please be ready at your pickup point at the agreed time. If we can't find you or reach you by phone or WhatsApp, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
- Pickup is free within St. George's. For other parishes, an extra charge applies and is confirmed when you book.
- Tour times and durations are a guide. Traffic, weather and the pace of your group can make a day run a little shorter or longer.
6. Cruise passengers
We guarantee to have you back at the port at least one hour before your ship sails. To keep that promise, we ask you to meet us on time and follow your guide's timing during the day. Please share your ship's name and all-aboard time when you book. If your ship skips Grenada, you'll receive a full refund. If it arrives late, we'll offer you a shorter tour that still gets you back on time.
7. Your safety and health
Many of our tours include walking, hiking, swimming, snorkeling or river tubing. Please choose tours that suit your fitness and health, and tell us before your tour about any medical conditions, pregnancy, injuries or mobility needs so we can advise you.
On the day, please follow your guide's safety instructions. If your guide believes an activity isn't safe for you, or that conditions have become unsafe, they may change the activity or ask you not to take part. We'll always try to offer an alternative.
8. Children
Guests under 18 must be with a parent or guardian, who is responsible for them throughout the tour. Some activities have minimum ages; please ask when booking.
9. Alcohol
Alcohol on our tours and party bus is served to guests aged 18 and over only. We may refuse drinks to anyone who appears intoxicated, and any guest whose behavior puts themselves or others at risk may be asked to leave the tour, without a refund.
10. Party bus and group conduct
We want everyone to have a great night. Please treat our driver, crew, vehicle and other guests with respect. Illegal drugs, weapons and dangerous behavior are not allowed on board. Any damage to the vehicle, or extra cleaning it needs, will be charged to the person who made the booking. Our driver may end a trip early if safety is at risk.
11. Other providers
Some experiences, such as boat trips, distilleries, estates, restaurants and attractions, are run by other local businesses. Their own rules and opening hours apply, and they may close or change without notice. When that happens, your guide will find the best alternative.
12. Things outside our control
We can't be responsible for delays or changes caused by events beyond our control, such as severe weather, hurricanes, road closures, public health measures, strikes, or government or port decisions. If we have to cancel because of these, we'll offer you a new date. Cruise passengers whose ship skips Grenada receive a full refund instead.
13. Your belongings
Please keep your belongings with you. We're not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged during a tour, but we'll always help you look for anything left in our vehicles.
14. Photos and video
Our guides sometimes take photos and short videos on tours and may share them on our website or social media. If you'd prefer not to appear, just tell your guide and we'll respect that.
15. Our responsibility to you
We take great care in planning and running every tour. To the extent allowed by the laws of Grenada, our liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the booking concerned. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited. We strongly recommend that every guest has travel insurance covering medical costs, cancellation and personal belongings.
16. Feedback and complaints
If something isn't right, please tell your guide on the day so we can fix it there and then. If it can't be fixed on the spot, email info@tourdespice.com within 14 days of your tour and we'll respond personally.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Grenada, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Grenada.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website when you confirm your booking is the one that applies to you.
