What we collect

• •Contact details: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number.
• •Trip details: travel dates, flight or cruise ship information, where you're staying, group size and the ages of children in your group.
• •Special requests: dietary needs, accessibility needs or health information you choose to share so we can look after you.
• •Payment information: card payments are handled by our secure payment provider. We don't store your full card number.
• •Messages: what you send us by WhatsApp, email, our booking form or Pepper. Pepper is an automated assistant, not a person, and we keep your chats with Pepper so our team can follow up on your request.
• •Website use: we use Google Analytics and cookies to see how visitors use our site, such as which pages they visit and how they found us. This doesn't tell us who you are.

How we use it

• •To plan, confirm and run your tours and transfers.
• •To contact you about your booking, including on the day.
• •To take payment and issue refunds.
• •To keep you safe, for example knowing about a health condition before a hike.
• •To improve our website and services.
• •To send you news and offers by email, only if you've agreed. Every email has an unsubscribe link, so you can stop them at any time.

Who we share it with

We only share what's needed to deliver your booking:

• •Our guides and drivers, so they can meet you and look after you.
• •Local partners that are part of your tour, such as boat operators or attractions, where they need your name or group size.
• •Our payment provider, to process your payment.
• •Service providers we use to run our business, such as WhatsApp, email and website hosting.
• •Authorities, only when the law requires it.

We never sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as we need them to provide our services and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that, we delete them securely.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• •see the personal information we hold about you;
• •correct anything that's wrong;
• •delete your information, unless we need to keep it by law;
• •stop sending you marketing messages.

Just email info@tourdespice.com and we'll reply within 30 days. If you live in the UK, the EU or Canada, you may have additional rights under your local data protection laws, and we'll respect them.

Information stored outside Grenada

Some of the services we use, such as Google and WhatsApp, store information on servers in other countries. We choose providers with strong security standards.

Children

Our website is for adults planning travel. We only collect information about children when a parent or guardian gives it to us as part of a booking.
